How can I become a member?

Membership is open to community members. We will provide more information soon. Visit Xinkai Library and Cultural Center with identification to register.

Can members borrow books?

Yes. Members can borrow books and selected resources according to our lending guidelines and availability.

What services does the center offer?

Our center offers children’s reading spaces, cultural programs, community events, learning activities, and library services rooted in Children’s literature.

When is the center open?

We will provide more updates as our construction nears completion.

Who can attend cultural programs?

Everyone is welcome to attend public programs. However some activities will require registration and involve a modest fee.
